Hi my name is Barbara R and I am certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) for Group Exercise and Gold Master in Personal Training. I also holds certifications by Madd Dog Spinning, Keiser Cycling, YogaFit Levels 1 & 2, PiYo and Silver & Fit. I have been a Group Exercise instructor for 35 years.



Hi I’m Bernadette. I am a graduate from the NCCC personal training certification program. Along with training here at the BAC for Women, I teach Pilates and Cycling. Working out has always been a passion of mine and now I get to share that with the members here which is amazing. Working out should be fun, so feel free to ask me any questions!

I am a certified Personal Trainer. I also have my BS in Exercise Science. I am a mom of a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Life is good!!! I have been personal training for over 11 years and love working with all types of clients! My philosophy on exercise is that it should be fun, or why bother? Come train with me and find out!!”



Hi I’m Cathy and I am a certified Star 2 level Spinning instructor and Small Group Personal Training class instructor. I have been teaching for the BAC for Women for over 5 years. I came to the club as a member and loved it so much I decided to get certified and began teaching classes. I am currently teaching Carousel as a small group training class at Colvin. The class involves circuits of cardio and strength to challenge you in every way possible. I am also a full time hair stylist at Salon Allure in Williamsville.



Hi! I’m Cindy an I.S.S.A. Certified Personal Trainer also trained in TRX, battle ropes, kettlebells and plyometrics. I have been working for the BAC since March 2013. I teach cycling, ABC, and body sculpt. I love working out and have a strong desire to help people achieve their fitness goals. I believe that with a little encouragement and support we can all live a healthy lifestyle by incorporating fitness into our lives.



I joined the BAC when Colvin opened over 8 years ago. Since then, I have become a Star 3 Spinning Instructor, AFAA & NAPHA Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified TRX Instructor. My job is about so much more than teaching people how to exercise. It’s about providing friendship, support and motivation as well as showing them that working toward better health and wellness can be fun and not feel like work. I am the mother of 3 children, two with special needs. At first, joining the gym was a way for me to escape – to do something for myself. It has become more than I ever could have dreamed…Now, it is a passion; a way for me to share my love for fitness and wellbeing! I hope that I can demonstrate to other “moms” that they CAN find time to stay fit too



I am the Regional Group Exercise Director for the BAC for Women. I have been teaching group exercise classes of all types for about 20 years. My certifications include Maddogg Spinning, AFAA Group Exercise, FitTour Kickboxing, YogaFit levels I and II and TRX. I am also a Heartsaver CPR/AED Instructor.
I enjoy exercise of all types and I have thoroughly loved my time here at the BAC.


Hi, my names Heather! I got into fitness at an early age and became and ACE certified personal trainer and certified Spinning Instructor as soon as I turned 18 and started working with the BAC right away! Since then, I moved away from home and attended SUNY Fredonia for three years majoring in exercise science. Now, I am glad to be back home attending the University at Buffalo working towards a Ph.D in physical therapy with a minor in nutrition and health and wellness. Fitness is my passion and I am so lucky to have a job that I love while working towards my degree learning more and more about fitness every day.



Hi, my name is Jill. I am the Group Exercise Director and teach a number of classes including Strike Zone, Yoga, Cycling, and Pilates. I am an AFAA certified Personal Trainer with many years of experience and have many specialized training certificates such as Spinning, AFAA Nutrition Fundamentals and Stress Management. I am the mother of 3 children. One of my greatest joys is being able to share my love of fitness with the ladies at the BAC for Women.

Years teaching/training: 7. Certifications/Education: B.Sc. – Biology and Physiology, M.S. – Exercise Physiology, MPH – Epidemiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Additional certifications in: Group exercise, TRX, Spinning and Yoga. What styles of classes you teach: Cycling, Yoga, Strength Training, Stability Ball.

Megan N

Megan has been a personal trainer at the BAC for about five years. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer.
Her knowledge and passion lies in group training, injury prevention for runners, as well as motivating women to complete their first race. Throughout the years, Megan has lost 90 pounds herself, has gained fitness to start running, and completed two marathons. She is the program director for Zero to 5K, a 10-week program run through Buffalos’s premier running club, Checkers A.C. She was elected to the board of directors for Checkers this past March and will serve for a two year term. Personal training is her fun job, and the best clients keep her coming back to help them reach their fitness and nutrition goals through coaching and pushing them to new fitness levels.

Hi, my name is Megan. I am a NSCA Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA, ACSM, NAPHA, NSCA, NFPT and ACE. I also have my BS in Athletic Training/Exercise Physiology. I am a NREMT-Paramedic, a public safety health/wellness consultant, advanced health and fitness specialist, and lifestyle/weight management specialist.



I hold a BS in Exercise Science. I am ISCA Yoga Certified and CPR/AED Certified. I specialize in Pilates, Yoga and Balance type workouts and group exercise classes. I was a competitive dancer. Before coming to the BAC for Women I was a Corporate Fitness Coordinator where I designed state of the art corporate fitness facilities.



I am a certified Personal Trainer thru the American College of Sports Medicine. I am also a student studying Physical Therapy and Exercise Science. And I hold a current American Heart Association CPR/AED certification.


Teri T

I have over 32 years experience teaching group fitness classes and have been doing personal training for 16 years. My certifications and fitness education include being an ACE Personal Trainer, I am certified thru the National Academy of Personal Health Approach and I hold Group Fitness certifications thru AFAA, YMCA, ACE and IDEA. I am also certified in Strength Training, Strength Training Older Adults, am a Golf Conditioning Specialist, TRX certified, Lifestyle and Weight Management, Working with Populations with Back, Shoulder, Knee, and Metabolic Conditions, Mat Pilates, Turbo Kick, Power Strike, PiYo, Step, and more.
I currently train one on one clients at BAC Evans along with holding small group trainings consisting of Boxing and TRX.



Hi I’m Terry. I am a Certified Personal Trainer thru the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I also hold a current AHA CPR/First Aid Certification, I am a MAD DOGG Certified Spin Instructor and a Certified TRX Instructor. I currently teach Group exercise classes including Yoga, Body Chisel and Cycling at the BAC for Women on Evans. I also have a background in working with special populations for injury prevention, prenatal & geriatric pilates and stress management.



I am both a certified Group Exercise Instructor and a Personal Trainer thru the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. I also have a current CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association. I currently teach group personal training classes as well as group exercise classes including R.I.P.T., Strike Zone and Body Chisel and Pilates.
